Our approach begins before the first paid session with a comprehensive diagnostic that does more than test content knowledge. It reveals learning patterns, showing how a student processes information, where they get stuck, what kinds of problems engage them versus drain them.

From there, Thomas designs a customized lesson plan that accounts for the student’s specific learning profile. That might mean:

• Breaking tasks into smaller chunks for a student who struggles with executive function
• Using visual or kinesthetic approaches for a student who doesn’t process information well through reading
• Building in movement breaks for a student with ADHD
• Slowing down and using multi-sensory phonics approaches for a student with dyslexia
• Creating consistent, predictable session structures for a student on the autism spectrum
